The first Patchi boutique lands in Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaThe brand’s second regional expansion, preceded by Amman, Jordan. The opening in the kingdom was the first step of presenting the brand into the gulf. Today Patchi owns a network exceeding 80 boutiques across the kingdom.

Almonds, raisins, dates, dried fruits, hazelnuts, and much more all wrapped with dark and milk chocolates and pre-packed in specially designed boxes.
Gianduja is introduced, becoming one of Patchi’s bestsellersWith its growing chocolate production capacity, and to answer the market demand. Patchi introduces its own home-made Gianduja recipe. Hand-made by Patchi chefs. The Gianduja is still till date, one of top purchased and adored chocolate fillings. Dark and Milk. Marrying Gianduja with other flavours from then onwards supported the brand in obtaining a list of unique chocolate flavours.
Patchi steps into the European market with boutiques in London and ParisThe step into the European market - without a doubt - started from two of the top trendsetting cities globally. The brand kicked off its introduction into the English market from the prestigious Harrods and into the French market with a boutique at the well-known Victor Hugo.

With a 4-story building. Distinguished by its architecture on Weygand street. And an impressive interior. The building captured the essence of the brand’s savoire-fair, creative capacity while presenting Patchi’s unique offerings of chocolates and chocolate gifts.
Patchi breaks records by launching the most prestigious chocolate box in the world for £5000 at Harrods LondonThe 34 years old brand launched at Harrods in London; the most prestigious chocolate box in the world. Just like all its offerings, the box was carved and made by skilled artisans at Patchi ateliers. It was made out of Italian genuine leather and refined hand-made silk from India and China. It included 49 chocolates placed on suede, separated individually by gold and platinum linings. They were wrapped in the classic gold foil and topped off with a silk rose or Swarovski crystal rose.
The exclusive praline recipe is perfected, becoming a recognized Patchi signature flavourWith the growing skills of Patchi chefs, and on-going trainings. The chefs at Patchi kitchens created a special praline recipe. Moulded from premium ingredients the praline recipe blended within our chocolates has an untold secret.
The chocolate factory in Lebanon grows so Patchi can make 4 tons per day to meet rising global demandBy the age of 42, Patchi became the leading and widest spread chocolate brand in the middle east and other corners of the globe. With presence in around 22 countries and number of boutiques exceeding 180, the demand grew. This is was answered by increasing the chocolate production capacity to make up to 4 tons a day at its leading chocolate factory in Lebanon. This is aside the production of other factories present in KSA, UAE & Egypt.
A trendsetting new retail module is launched hosting both retail and F&B in oneA key turning point in the brand’s life. Where the brand decided to enhance its customer’s experience by giving them more room to explore and enjoy the world of premium chocolates. With a concept that carries both retail and F&B under one roof. Presenting for the first time a macarons line, mignardise, list of international desserts, ice creams, sorbets, fondue, Hot chocolate drinks and mocktails in a temporary high end and trendy environment.
Patchi reveals the unwrapped chocolate line and soon following its sweet success, launches the much-loved unwrapped ganache and praliné à l’ancienne chocolatesWith the launch of the new retail concept, Patchi introduced its unwrapped chocolates counter, with flavours including but not limited to; raspberry, orange, combawa, tea, crepe and much more. This came aside the launch of unwrapped chocolate barks, and mini cups.
Patchi opens its new retail concept chocolate in Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJanuary 2020, Patchi announced the opening of its first new retail concept boutique in The Zone, Al-Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Distinguished by its modern interior, outdoor and indoor seating. The boutique in no time became a destination for all chocolate lovers, with plans to expand more in the kingdom across Riyadh and Jeddah regions.
